Gina helped me when I most needed. I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and I was pretty overwhelmed, not knowing what should be my next step. I found her website and we set up a consultation. She was so helpful, and most of all, she is such a great human being! We had three sections together and I must say that I learned about eating well and exercising tremendously.
