I had a confirmed appointment for January 2nd. After making a significant effort to travel to the office, I arrived to find it locked and unattended. There was no prior notice or communication to inform me they would be closed on this date. This demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and respect for clients' time. Scheduling appointments you have no intention of honoring is unacceptable. I cannot recommend a firm that operates with such poor reliability.
I have used Gina's services a few times and she does outstanding work every time. She makes the process very easy and follows up in a prompt manner. Highly recommended!
