I contacted this company to request a copy of last year’s tax return, which I had already paid $500 to have prepared. Unfortunately, my home recently damaged due to a fire and I lost all of my paperwork, so I simply needed an emailed copy for my records. A simple email request that would take 30 seconds to do. I was told they would charge an additional $50 just to send the document. I was very disappointed by this response, especially given the circumstances. Greed.
