Robert at Gina B is great with his clients, always ready to help. We love all the furniture selections and especially the fabrics from Thibaut and Fabricut that are well represented in the showroom, not to mention the array of wall covering options as well as window treatments and drapery by OM Drapes Design.
This place is owned and operated in part by a woman who is extremely delusional. Please use caution when dealing with this place. Not only is this person delusional, she will lie to law enforcement officials and sign sworn statements that can impact an individual’s life. I would hope and pray no one on the west coast supports this business. It is well documented in the news what this woman is doing.
A great 'To the Trade' showroom for so many items and my go to for all things Thibaut. The customer service is excellent and the staff are always willing to help in any way they can.
Diana, one of the employees is super rude. She didn’t let me in because I didn’t have my designer with me. She told me to have my designer to contact the store and closed the door at my face. I visit often the stores and I have purchase furniture at the other stores before and I have had great experiences at the design center... but not this one.
The absolute best in Interior Design!!
