One of the accountants that works here is incredibly unprofessional. He took a client to his office and proceeded to loudly chat about his politics. I sincerely believe he suspected we were opposites and intentionally left his door open so that I could hear. At one point he stated he loved to instigate. His vibe was rage, which I suspect is due to the gender-affirming care he clearly partakes in.
I got a letter from keystone collections group about a notice to reconcile my local income tax return. I reached out multiple times to get it resolved. No one ever resolved the issue and now Keystone sent me a letter saying I owe tax plus a penalty for failure to reconcile my account. Very unhappy. If you're looking for someone to represent you and stand behind their work don't come here.
