After 7 weeks, I saw my doctor and he was angry that I was still wearing a sling and the excercises given me at this clinic were incorrect for the injury I had and the stage of my healing. She basically just put me on the tens machine and then gave me a handout of incorrect exercises according to the orthopedic doctor at the sports clinic in the city.
