I called about two months ago and they said they would give me a free consultation. I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. I didn’t hear anything so I called and I was told that no one had reviewed my case yet and to wait over the weekend. Heard nothing again. I called back and they still hadn’t reviewed it. Would give 0 stars if possible. These lawyers, especially Adry Polo, are the most incompetent, greedy, lawyers I have ever dealt with. They will steal from a client if they can get away with it and just do business in bad-faith. My property insurance claim paid them separately $7500 about a year ago, but I have still not received a dime for the damages to my home. Insurance company denied my roof claim so I hired this law firm I have received one call from them I have sent several emails left several voice messages and to this day still have no response it's been over a year I asked for a release and to this day have not heard anything, I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau
