To me the service is just as important as the product that you sell, unfortunately this business lacks customer service.
Very bad customer experience, I don't advise there.
I bought Oncu pepper paste from here 6 months ago, I didn't open it but, It turned to mold. I haven't a receipt, it is such a long time. I hope they have some care for me, unfortunately manager broke my hearth. I asked for receipt, said you may be bought from Zem Zem or other supermarkets. They are not behind of their product, so it is not worth to go shopping there anymore, then I went to Arzum market, leave from happy.
