I've tried contacting Julian several times regarding money he took from the insurance company that was to be paid to the clinics, which he refuses to pay them. Now they have turned the account over to collections. It seems Julian cares more about taking the clinic's money they are owed for performing care rather than the patient's credit. Is this how he "gets you more money than most lawyers would." Is that all he cares about, is money; not the patient's well being? I would strongly discourage using Julian as an attorney. This is the second time Julian has help me. Julian did a great job. the Case took 3 years because the opposing party was stone walling us. Saying they paid the medical bills but didn't. Not responding to us. I thought maybe they went out of business. It was a hard fight, but we kept at it and we ended up with a 6 figure settlement. He knows his stuff.
