Very unprofessional and rude agents. They will put you on hold and will never answer, HANG UP OR JUST BEENIG RUDE WITHOUT A REASON! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Hostile work environment. They’ll yell at you they’ll cuss at you. They’ll take your time and your money and as far as carrier goes, they’ll take every penny you got.
Cheap freight. If you're hauling for them at advertised rates, you're already broke go home and have a beer, why work to pay someone else's bills.
