I loved every encounter I had with Gilson from them letting me demo boards to find the perfect fit for me and with how awesome they are! Now I have the perfect board for me to shred and have an absolute blast!
Superior customer service. I needed my board for a snowboarding trip. I got it the day before I was scheduled to leave. The Bounty hunter is now my favorite carving board. It was awesome. Graphics are great. I was surprised it took a month to get the board I ordered, but glad I waited.
Over the years it has gotten lost how amazing it can be to work with a small local company. From the first step in ordering your custom board to the customer service when you have questions or concerns this company is incredible. I ordered my board December 3, 2025. While my board was being manufactured I had a small trip planned to a local mountain and they offered to let me come pick up a loaner deck. Just purchased Homebrew 160w showed up a day late BUT well worth the wait! I was fortunate enough to use it for the 1st time in northern Minnesota before the major melt. Super happy with this board. The last board i bought in 1994 Noah Salasnek 150. I was a bit worried about all the new technology. But this board is awesome! Super flexible and holds an edge very well. REVISED: After a season of riding this board I love it even more. Really happy with my decision. What an amazing experience from start to finish! Built a custom one of a kind board to not only pay homage to the great Chuck Barfoot but also capture my interests within the graphics. Working with Landon, he totally got what I was trying to accomplish and crushed the design. So stoked with how it turned out almost don’t want to ride it. I highly recommend GILSON, great story, great people and great product!
