Staff is aware of mom’s scheduled dialysis. They made sure lunches are delivered early on dialysis days to ensure adequate time to eat. Staff is attentive and also makes sure family is kept updated.
The staff is most friendly to interact with, there are activities (I heard upbeat music playing in a common area with staff attending the residents) happening for the folks living there, the place smells free of odors, and my family member is doing well.
Friendly greeting upon arrival, very helpful and knowledgeable. Was very clean, no bad hospital smells. Friendly and accommodating.., my friend who is there has been very happy with her stay too.
