GBH was very easy to work with. They were very professional and quick with the paperwork, we had also requested if possible to get the finalization done with the bank as soon as possible and they did not disappoint. Would highly recommend this company.
They waited until the very last minute to request the funds from our bank, which caused delays in our possession time of our new home. Possession was supposed to be at 9am, but we had to wait hours because of their mistake and lack of efficiency. We called them a month in advance, and they still insisted on waiting until three days before possession to meet.
