The owner and top management needs to know above and beyond the outside of how it looks in your facility. The front line staff Guldeep I think the name and Angeli ?? You staff have an attitude issue. Over the top, ignorance of customer communication, and practicing within your own comfort zone only without regards to paying attention to the residents.
