Jeez! I do t know what’s going on over there, but this is the last time I’m using their services. I’ve been going to them for years; however, I learned that this accounting firm recently split, and my accountant left. They formed a new firm, the accountants that left. Have been using their tax services for many years. I never received a copy of my return last year - had it done right before covid shut everything down. Called today to have a copy emailed to me as I have moved and cannot have them done in Queens. They would not email them without charging me $10. I paid for the prep last year. Hitting send on an email doesn't cost $10. This is a ridiculous fee and not professional in the least. We had an appointment with Mr Dan Gopen, me and my husband to do our taxes and it was perfect on time , it was our first time and felt like we new him for many years . He is very friendly and very professional, we highly recommending him to everybody.

Have used their services for years. I have found my advisor (John Naegele)to be extremely knowledgeable ,good natured,disarming --not necessarily in that order. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
