I had a really upsetting experience at this Hollister location. An employee forgot to remove the security tag from my clothing, and when I realized later, the needle was still attached. It actually caused me to bleed, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s a safety issue. Staff should be properly trained to make sure security tags are fully removed before customers leave. I’m very disappointed and honestly shocked this happened. Very helpful employees but merchandise was low after Christmas if course!
Poor company policies. Online purchases get 30 days to return from the date of purchase. Not from the date of delivery of goods. How is that a fair policy?
