While the staff were nice while purchasing some products, I found the camera protector they placed on my new phone was covered in moisture underneath the protector, so taking photos on my Australian tour has become impossible. Not only have they stuffed my phone their resolution was useless. I’d have to pack my entire motorhome up to take it back. No offer of refund or to come to me to fix it, only that I have to go back for them to rectify. It shouldn’t have happened to begin with. What a con to sell that!!
I dropped my iPhone and completely shattered the screen. I called a few places, but Gilligans sounded most honest. They weren’t the cheapest in price, but when I chose a genuine screen, you get what you pay for. They fixed it within the hour, and it honestly looks brand new. The staff were friendly, explained the process clearly. It’s been a few weeks now, and everything still works perfectly, no cheap parts. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a repair!
