Working with this company has definitely been a rollercoaster ride that started in August 2019 and still hasn’t finished (May 2020). Gilligans BBQ Island has left our final product that took at least 3 months to receive with cracks/holes in the countertop that haven’t been repaired and the owner, Ivan, spoke with my husband about switching the location of the trash can and access door which was never conveyed to the builders. horrible place for bbq island's
I researched quite a bit of places and this place has the lowest prices by far. I didn't have any issues with my BBQ island or fire pit. I assume that their prices are so competitive because of their location and the place itself is very modest so a lot less overhead I guess.The girl that works in the office is very friendly and has great customer service. Ivan is very knowledgeable..will work with you on getting you the best deal possible and has a very likeable personality. You really shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. ... read more
