Planned a surprise for my sister, front desk lady spoiled the surprised. The eyebrow shape and tint for my sister was ruined with three insensitive comments about my sister lack of upkeep on her eyebrows. That her eyes were extremely aged and needs a facial. This is not an experience that should be received on her birthday never mind and expensive dayspa. Toilet seat was broken. Coffee was forgotten about.
Try it on Saturday with my friends. I have to say that I really enjoyed every minutes. Definitely will back again.

Absolutely terrible experience . The owner, Gillian Adams And receptionist were extremely rude to me and acted like it was okay to speak to a customer like that. There were multiple people witnessing Gillian being rude to staff. I thought this is absolutely horrendous. I will never be going back there and never recommending it to my friend I have a lot of of them.
Always so perfectly looked after at Gillian's. Expert stylists, luxurious pampering and a whole hearted sense of welcome. My daughter and I keep returning for a reason.
