Had the most beautiful customised facial with Robbie today!!! She is so skilled, knowledgeable, flexible and kind. Thank you also to Rosa for always answering my questions and fitting me into appointments! Highly recommended Taba is a great hairdresser too and always does a terrific job! She is also personable and funny. Thank you Taba! I also had the best massage twice with Desiree. Thank you for removing the tight knots in my shoulders and neck!

I arrived at 9.45 for a 10am relaxation massage with a voucher, I was greeted warmly but also with "your early" I was surprised as I thought that was the respectable thing to do for a massage. They advised my therapist was running 5mins late which was fine. I had a tea and watched 6 other people go in before me. I was finally taken in at 10.15 and my massage started 10.18 (I sent a message to a friend in case I was late to meet them). The massage was meant to be relaxation but it was not. It felt rushed. I had an amazing experience in the Spa and Steam room, Followed by a fantastic facial routin done by Robi, She was amazingly nice and had a great experience and knowlege about the process. All in all, I loved the ambient, just a small note abour lockers that I told the reception and I'm not going to mention here.
