These people are pathetic freezing your bank account for a garnishment that had no clue you had. Didn't send no letter or any communication about anything. Tried communicating with them to resolve the matter but they dont work with you. The want everything up front. Who has that kind of money just laying around $7,000.
In my Opinion ! This sorry excuse for a lawyer never showed up for 2 hearings & Judge OConnell gave him the judgement for a case in which they both Defrauded me out of money. In my opinion this CGDC is a joke. The judgement should have gone to me for Gilliam was a no show in 2 hearings & another Judge refused to give me a judgement good well knowing that they are friends and all know each other. Froze my account with no warning at all with a garnishment i know nothing about. Sleeze bags!
This a deceitful law firm. Communication is a major problem with this firm. I was on a payment plan and paid late as I needed a replacement HSA card. I was allowed to pay late without complications or comments regarding the payment but when I called back just 10 days later to pay the current payment I was told I could not payment because garnishment was pending with my employer and it was initiated before I made the prior payment.
