Highly disappointed in the service provided for my families company. The communication style was terrible, and we have gone on without answers for months on end. I do understand how during tax season accountants are swamped, but that doesn't mean you put off your clients. We have done everything that was asked of us and are still being asked to do more. Disappointed is an understatement. Hope things turn around.
