We’re first time home buyers, Bruce and Tanya made getting a home extremely efficient and extremely easy. There was very little for us to do besides dotting our I’s and crossing our t’s. We could contact and exchange information via email (we live an hour or so out and have busy work schedules). They were extremely accommodating (open on Saturdays during tax season/allowed us a last minute appointment).
