Don't go to this place. They are incompetent, including the rude front desk lady. They have cost us in additional IRS penalties on top of the fact, if you want to meet, Steve does not even come into the office in the a.m. AVOID this place
On August 31, 2023, I called Giles CPA in response to a job-posting for a bookkeeper role on Indeed. The gatekeeper put me through to Giles and we talked for about 30 minutes. He was friendly, seemed impressed with my MBA, and shared that he had been looking for someone to apprentice him directly so that he could retire. (He had a succession plan in place, but it fell through for whatever reasons.)
