For decades I have been trying to find a good wax to bring my table back to new. Everyone I have tried previously claiming to be best for antiques has not delivered the results I want. The kit arrived from Gilboys, and the instructional videos on youtube were most helpful. This is the best wax, the results are fantastic. Beautiful natural finish I like the fact that the polish stays on the wood, protecting it, and you leave it to sink in for a little while then buff it up to the level of sheen you want. My piece had not been polished in a long while and was also a bit grubby in places, so I used quite a lot. My advice is that if you have a lot to polish and it's in need of serious restoring, take advantage of the the discounted refill offer.
Adore your products! The personal touch, Ian, adds to this. The scent is addictive, especially the leather balm which has renewed my Camel Stools. Gush, gush!! Revived these pieces, tho' only just started on the 2nd one. YouTube Channel is fantastic for tips!!
