The best way to describe these people are charlatans and shysters. I placed an order and immediately cancelled because I had misread their listing and description. 4 days later they send the item anyway. I mean why not? They have my money. And from the other reviews, it is obvious they will never give a refund. Duplicitous thieves and unscrupulous scoundrels. DON'T DO IT, DON"T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
BEWARE Ive called several times about a refund. Always get voicemail. Ive left messages and an email address and have not heard back from them. This has been going on for over a month. I have confirmation they received my refund. Prefer to leave zero stars.
We are very happy with the products and good experience with the customer service, "it's amazing to deal with them ".
Apparently they were experiencing technical difficulties when I placed my order, but everything has been rectified and resolved. They addressed the problem promptly. I ordered a cotton fitted sheet for a cot, and it not only fits well, but is very soft and durable.
