John and the team down at Gilbert's Cyclery are absolute legends! In an age where service, and high level service at that, seems to be disappearing it is refreshing to have people like John still in the game. Super friendly and incredibly insightful it was an absolute pleasure taking my bike along to get serviced. Made some fantastic recommendations and walked away more knowledgeable than before. Thanks guys and will be back.
Best service ever. Helped me fix my mtb tire and even provided a full lesson on how to do it myself next time!
