Went in, needing a shirt and tie. Owner(s) were awesome & friendly to deal with. Got me all set up for what I needed. Even took a bit off the price. Great place. I highly recommend this place.
5 minutes spent here and you will see exactly why they have been in business for so many years! Top notch customer service, so friendly and helpful and such a great variety of clothes to choose from. Absolutely fantastic experience!
Service service service, I felt welcomed, problem solved what I was looking for. Found a great shirt and sized for tailoring. I ended up giving them two other dress shirts I had in my car to tailor because of how good the interaction was from start to finish, just found my new main clothing store as a 2XT big/tall. Will 100% be back for more!
Just had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I came in here looking for a last minute wedding outfit. This place is a true gem, the service here is truly unmatched. Thank you to everyone at Gilberts for helping to save the day. I will definitely be returning!
