SO incredibly grateful for this exquisite establishment! The couple that runs this shop are the kindest people ever, I had been running around my local area trying to find the right buttons for my fiance's wedding coat but was at a complete loss until i found gilberts. I rang them asking if they could help and not only did they accomplish that when i arrived, they advised me on how to stitch them onto a coat and other tips. Best customer service and care. Yes you may save going elsewhere but you don’t get the fit, expertise, service or quality. Amazing to support a Canadian family business that truly cares.
Went in, needing a shirt and tie. Owner(s) were awesome & friendly to deal with. Got me all set up for what I needed. Even took a bit off the price. Great place. I highly recommend this place.
