Waiting, waiting, and more waiting. Horrible customer service from the office staff. I called about a concerning growth I'd had for a few months and they made me wait five months to be seen. Turns out I have skin cancer. Now they want me to wait another two months to have it removed. I'll likely have had cancer for nearly a year before they treat me. I've reached out to my care team, no response. I've asked for a supervisor, no call back. Go somewhere else. They don't care about their patients

Customer service - Front desk women are the worse. Don't get a morning meeting the doctors are late. And really don't care about you. You're just a number. I was waiting for a hour and when I went up to the front desk I was told to set down and the doctor is not in yet and when he gets here he will see you. One hour later when you the only one in the waiting room for your appointment at 7:30 and the appointments that are being seen at 9 are going into the room. Vitalogy in Bastrop is the best!!! The staff is always very helpful. Dr. Gomez-Meade can make stitches better than most full-time quilters. Dr. Sayed is very special. She takes the time to listen to your complaints and takes care of each and everyone. The nurses are so courteous . They make you feel like you are their number one patient. The receptionist is really good at working with you to set up appointments that are suitable with your schedule. Overall, I would never go anywhere else. Thank you to the whole staff!... read more
