Do not use this law firm for a real estate transaction if you expect to have your questions answered about a closing statement and if you want to have your call returned. The lack of customer service to clients is appalling. My real estate agent recommended I use this company and it was a BIG mistake. I called the paralegal assigned to my closing 3 times over a three day period and she never once returned my call. The settlement statement had to be corrected 3 times with errors that I found. As a Legal Assistant in a large Corporation and after reading the one review, I would NOT Use this law firm! Not in a real estate transaction or for any other reason.

My experience with Gilbert Law Firm was abominable. I was set to close on a Thursday, had planned for a weekend move and everything was coordinated with what can only be described as precision. When Thursday (close day) rolled around, I was told by the main paralegal that the law firm was booked to capacity on Thursday AND Friday and that Monday would be the best they could do.
