Gilbert was extremely thorough when going through the documents. He also visited me in hospital to sign free of charge.
This is our second time with property transfer with Gilbert and he did an extraordinary job once again. He would point out specific things during our appointment and make sure we are well taken care of. We will definitely go back to him next time we buy a property. Gilbert is also a very nice person from the way he treats his staff to the way he treats his clients, he also gives good recommendations to lawyers. He is wonderful and glad to have him as our notary!
