I wish you could leave negative numbers. This attorney made huge mistakes. She filled out the paperwork incorrectly. When we told her assistant that the tenant told us the paperwork was wrong, she laughed and said they always say that. She kept the money! She filed the wrong paper work so we lost our case. We went to court in the summer because we had to start again we didn’t get our house back until February. The tenant moved out but refused us access to the house. You can only imagine a house that sat vacant for that long.... read more
