I recently purchase a Juki TL from Gigi's/Juki Junkies. I am not local to the store. I cannot express how amazing the experience was. Their customer service is top notch. I have not had any concerns/issues with my machine but if I do I am 100% confident they will do the right thing. I have since purchased multiple accessiries from them and they will continue to be my "go to" Juki shop. I would not hesitate to purchase another machine from them if the opportunity arises in the future.
