Gigi and Tim are very kind and definitely know how to foster an excellent customer service, thank you so much! -I got a Buffalo’s Jacket sleeve alteration / trim, and the result is very nice, just as discussed during my visit to the shop. Not an easy job, which no-one in Montreal had the skills to take it. -So yes, do not hesitate to give it a try, definitely recommend! 🫡 and from now one of course I am a loyal customer! Many thanks! Gigi did my wedding dress last summer and did such a fantastic job! I would recommend reaching out a few months in advance of your wedding dress delivery - especially if you have a summer wedding! I love that she communicates through text and was so responsive! Definitely someone you can trust with a big investment like your wedding dress. I had quite a few inches that needed to be taken in along the bodes as you can tell from the photos and she made the dress fit like a glove and snatch my waist!
