This company is completely a scam, they were asking for donation on Jan 12 via email multiple times and then they permanently closed their location on Jan 15. They wouldn't even refund my package.
I bought a $400 membership in December 2023 and have not used it. On January 15th 2024 they announced the closure of the North York and Mississauga location and refused to refund the unused membership fee. All other location in Burlington ans Erinmill cannot be contacted, no email reply and all phone number are not in service.This is a scam. I am so upset.
I just got an email that this place shut down and we didn't even get any prior notice! I bought a package that we haven't finished using so they now owe us money! The owner should reach out to all customers and refund any unused money because otherwise we will have to sue!!
This is a scam company they sell the package in an discount in January and closed down after two weeks without refund the money to customer. Can’t believe this happened in Canada. The owner and company should be sued. As so Known so many customers has unused packages…any way we could get money back? Who can we ask help from?
