The owner suddenly closed all locations and took off with money from hundreds of customers who bought their passes. I am one of the victims. Just bought a five visit pass for over $400 and never get to use it once.
In 2021 I purchase a package of 10. They said it will NEVER expire. I actually had an appointment in 2023 too. When I emailed them about my refund. They said they won’t refund me because I bought it 2021? What’s the difference??? I have 3 session left. These ppl are scam artist. Do not support them
After being loyal customers for years, in 2023 the owners were no longer involved and left the spa in the hands of managers whose only goal was to scam people. We bought a mom massage to use while the kids would be enjoying hydrotherapy. A day before my massage I get a call saying that they have to cancel my appointment as they don’t do mom massages on the weekend. Ahmed and Yousra Omran took 2 loans against the two spas and left the country and shut down their spas suddenly. They refuse to refund families with little babies living on child benefits and young mothers living on maternity leave benefits.
