Pauline went above and beyond in working with me to personalize a basket for our friend who was staying at a nearby hotel while her husband was in the hospital. My Step Daughter was visiting in town and she was proposed to while there. Both set of parents wanted to do something special for her and her fiance. We come across KJ Paula Gift Baskets. We made specialty request on items and she didn't not hesitate to make things happen. It was perfect and beautiful. So nice to have something special for them even from different states away!.
We ordered a gift basket for a friend's birthday that was only 3 days after the order was placed but they were able to still deliver it on the day! They even called to confirm that it's being delivered to the correct address. Our friend loved everything in the basket!
