Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had. My ex and I, after long conversations and negotiations, finally agreed to settle. Her lawyer, Richard Noll, was more concerned with getting HIS time in court, quickly sabotaged the agreement, telling her that because it was not formal, it is not recognized in a court of law. AMAZING! Giffen LLP is the place to go for any matters needed. Incredible staff, great people and excellent legal service!
Horrible law firm. We had a litigation case that was drawn out over multiple years and money sucked from our pockets which in turn got us nowhere. Over $10000 in retainer and then they over spent and are demanding more without even warning us that they were going past the retainer amount. I do not recommend you use this firm if you want any type of resolution in your case. We also used them for a real-estate transaction and they messed it up aswell.
