After many weeks of little communication, and questions being met with excuses instead of answers, we decided to take our business elsewhere. They request secure information such as SIN and photos of government ID over email, but will not respond to ensure the sensitive information went to the correct place. Very unsettling. After voicing my concerns, the receptionist let me know that this is there usual practise.
