We ordered 7 blinds. 5 were excellent, but 2 were poor. The most important ones in the bedroom and nursery have noticeable light gaps (2 inches/side), which is especially frustrating given these are rooms that need proper darkening for sleep. The large bedroom blind is also stiff, uneven and difficult to operate. The company later installed what they claimed was a Hunter Douglas side rail system at no extra charge to try to fix the light gaps.
