I just wanted to give a thumbs up for a phenomenal sales and service experience from Gibson Sound and Vision. Brian was patient and helpful in guiding me to choose a new Sonos sound bar. The installer ( Greg) was knowledgeable in the installation process and teaching me about the app. Being a senior I admit my hearing is not as good as in my youth. My husband purchased a 75” TV in store, Monday morning. Great customer service. The installation quote was completed Tuesday morning. Wednesday morning, Austin & Shay came to install. The installation was quick and they were very tidy; no mess, whatsoever. Last minute, we decided we wanted another TV mounted, and they quickly went back to the store to get it and mounted our second TV all within the appointment time. My wife and I went into Gibson in mid-January and spent time with Brian to make a choice of a new TV. After hearing what we wanted, Brian showed us the best models he would recommend. Then he followed up the next day by visiting our home to confirm that his suggestions were appropriate, as well as taking a look at our other TVs and making further suggestions of premium wall mounts, a power conditioner and surge protectors.
