Terrible overall experience. It took five months to get my taxes done. They kept saying they hadn’t received documents, and then I would forward them the original email where it was sent. The assistant would lose it or the partner would lose it. Yes, we filed in early April and knew we would need an extension. It’s just crazy that I had to send seven follow-up emails and call on a monthly basis. Won’t go back next year.
Always helpful and courteous . I’ve used this firm for four years and have never had an issue with the staff or my taxes. They are very knowledgeable and seasoned CPAs.
Lane is amazing. He listened to our business plan, found the best solution for us, and filed the paperwork we needed for taxes.
