Jim Gibson has been providing this service for many years in this area. I know he has a successful business with many, many satisfied customers, including us. He is not H&R Block, simply meaning that he doesn’t put you automatically in a basket category of customer. His on point subject mining of data each time you go to him is detailed and meticulous. His attention to detail to get you the best outcome possible is IMO outstanding. He is in high demand due to this and how he keeps his returning deep client base.
Mr. Gibson was rude to my wife today and acted like she was bothering him when she called to schedule a tax appointment. I actually was a customer there in the past and she even told him we were referred by someone. I don’t have time for someone who treats my wife that way. We’ll take our business elsewhere. I let the guy who referred me know of this incident as well. We are searching for a longterm tax preparer, so the search continues.
