This is the the third year that my husband & I have used this tax service. Dropped off our taxes at Kevin L. Gibson, CPA on Orchard Park Rd. on 2/13. We have had no calls to request more information or any clarification. Phoned the office on 3/22 and was told they were not yet completed but should be within a few days. Stopped at the office today (3/28) and they are still not ready to file. We were told not to worry & that they would be completed by 4/15. Ridiculous! It took them 4 and 1/2 months to complete my simple basic tax return. After the first 2 months I decided to call them to see if they were finished. They told me they were not. I stopped in about 3 weeks later and they still were not finished. So I kept waiting .. and earlier this week I called them and they said they were just finishing them up and they would call me within a day or two. And they did. Finally... I have used Kevin Gibson for my personal and business returns for years. I think he is great. I'm not a FAKE review, I'm not getting paid to advertise. For people complaining during tax season that there are delays, I would remind you that its Tax Season, so 200K+ people in our area are all trying to file within 2 months. I have a seasonal business as well so I understand the time crunch and unreasonable expectations. I would recommend Kevin 100%

2 months they had our taxes and nothing every phone says will have someone to call you back and still nothing. If I have to take off of work to get my stuff back then find another. Very disappointing and bad communication
