Ms. Jenkins quickly forms an opinion based on assumptive information instead of evidence. She does not perform the required duties of a guardian ad litem in terms of discovery of evidence or follow up with the children. Therefore she cannot act in their best interests. She has no problem telling other attorneys "I hate your client" and actually spreads fear and false, assumptive, baseless information in court. Gina and Monte have been nothing short of amazing during our emergency custody process! Communication is never an issue and Gina is hands down the best attorney i have ever worked with, she definitely knows her stuff and we more than get our money's worth, but even more so, she genuinely cares and Monte cares just as much!
