I and my husband Karl, were quite dismayed having paid $400 per hour to Liam Sherlock of Hutchinson Cox Law Firm regarding an fraudulent ingress egress easement which we ourselves initiated Petition for Easement by Way of Necessity with Circuit Court Douglas County Oregon, whereas we received inadequate legal representation and no positive results of attaining usable ingress egress access of our land Parcel. 2024.

This firm was selected as it appeared to be among the best in the area, and it may well be. However in our case the gatekeeper has prevented our ability to connect. Money is no object we just want the best. So our original contact we were instructed to provide the general nature of the issue along with all known perps so they could screen for conflicts (insure our perps werent their clients.)
