Our balance beam stand legs started warping. We contacted Gibson and were told the warranty is only 1 year. While I agree that we made our claim at 17 months, one would think that the company should stand behind their products. The legs are obviously defective and taking a hard stance on this is not customer service. I was only asking for new legs. Not recommended
I placed my order on May 31st and payed $13 for 2-8 day shipping. They shipped right away but expected delivery wasn't until June 20. I called customer service to find out why it would take so long to receive them since the website says 2-8 days and was told I would get a call back. I never received a phone call back. I shouldn't have to pay $13 for shipping and then wait 3 weeks for an item that should have only taken 2-8 days. I finally received the item today June 21st. I ordered a set of wrist guards for my son from Gibson 3 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for them to arrive. I emailed customer service last week to find out when to expect them, with no response. I logged in tonight to find out if I possibly have a tracking number for shipping yet, and the order is still being processed! How is it possible to process an order for ONE PAIR of wrist guards for THREE WEEKS! Unacceptable, poor customer service. I better get answers tomorrow or my order will be cancelled immediately.
