My order to repair my helmet started in October of 2018. Five months later it is still far from complete. Sometimes they respond, sometimes they do not. When you do get a response you get a ridiculous new estimate for another month, along with blame on Gentex for not shipping particular parts. I was being told that the mask was to arrive a month ago and the helmet would be finished and ship on March 1, 2019. It never happened. I contacted them. No response.
