Hedda was very thorough with us being first time homebuyers. Each process was made easy and understandable. She was very quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We couldn’t thank her enough.
Not recommended... Expensive than the Market rate. But that is not the issue. I am not mentioning names here. Very unprofessional guy. Do not respond professionally and timely. Total waste of time and one more entry on credit checking.
We got the loan, but that was never the issue. The customer service and seeming lack of knowledge or communication was beyond stressful. I’m not sure if the circumstance was unique to us because we got a VA loan and maybe they don’t deal with those often, but I do know that I would never recommend Gibraltar to anybody and I will never be using them again in the future.
