If I could give them zero stars I would. In such a vulnerable time of life they are constantly belittling their clients, money hungry, and unhelpful. Little to no communication and when they finally reach out they are rude and place you on hold to then bill you $125 for a 6min call. Tibisay benetiez is quite literally the worst paralegal to exist. Terrible experience with attorney Fiona and paralegal Tibisay Benitez. Very unhelpful and unprofessional and NOT at all respectful towards clients’ time and situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish more people were honest with reviews regarding this place, please read the negative reviews and believe them.

Incompetent This law firm was one of the best in the country but unfortunately since new owners took over it has been nothing short of disappointment. Greedy incompetent and irresponsible new team. Adam the new "attorney " is riding the reputation from the previous owners to rip off people as much as he can. I don't think it will last long. They charged me $9000 for a Naturalization case and literally filed 4 pages of response to my NOID and obviously case got denied.
