very good tax preparation price and service. I've been using for a long time.
If you are looking for responsive, professional, and dependable tax preparation, look elsewhere. Communication was nearly nonexistent, promised updates never came, and important deadlines were approached without any client notification. I was left repeatedly having to call for answers with little confidence that anything was being handled in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to use a different tax service.
They were nearly six months late with filing my taxes! I gave them my taxes in late Feb last year, and then I moved overseas. I had to come home unexpectedly a few months later in early June, and they still weren't finished. They told me that everything was fine and that they filed for an extension. After a month, I was busy with work, and when I checked again, they said that they filed for a second extension. When they finally finished, I didn't get a discount or an apology. Connie was so rude and unprofessional towards me. Because I am not getting a huge amount of money back she felt the need to call me and tell me I wasted her time and not to come back to her for business. I would not waste my time with this rude small owned business. My taxes was not enough to cover her fee of 120 so she assumed I can't pay her the fee for filing my taxes and didn't even process them for me. Completely unprofessional. I will make sure to tell everyone how rude she is.
Esther never picks up the phone and she wont provide us with our own tax information. Worst service ever
